Inglis Build did a fantastic job on our build. From preparing the groundwork, marking out the site and delivering the foundation. This was the remit. There was no main contractor on our build for commercial reasons, instead choosing to self manage without any prior build experience ourselves. I was apprehensive coordinating a builder with various other parties.

From the outset, the job and quotation were clearly explained. Any additional work was advised and approvals sought before proceeding. Ricky and his team went above and beyond, dealing with the various other parties seamlessly on our behalf.  Liaising directly with our architect, structural engineer and timber kit manufacturer to ensure all requirements were met in delivering the foundation and blockwork. Always keeping us in informed of progress, providing practical and helpful advice.  Ricky was very approachable and accommodating to all our queries. I felt confident and assured at all times, particularly with other parties dependent on delivery of the foundation. Work estimates and scheduling were excellent with all completed on time as described.
